Jake has been in marketing and business development since 2008, taking his first senior leadership role in 2018. In 2019, he won the Institute of Directors ‘Young Director of the Year’ award and in 2023, he successfully completed an MBA.

His professional life is enhanced by years of volunteering as a listener at a leading UK charity, the study of a wide range of academic disciplines, practising Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and a long-held belief in the power of meditation.
