To help achieve that goal we have a raft of initiatives and processes in place to help our team get the training they want and need, work in an environment that allows for their individuality to be expressed and maintain a good work-life balance.

At Hallam we invest heavily in career development opportunities for our team through a comprehensive development program. Tailored to each person and their needs and goals every employee knows they are able to take advantage of courses, conferences and e-learning to expand their knowledge.

We also run our own Hallam Schools where the team help teach each other skills and techniques. This has the dual benefit of helping improve presentation and communication skills and imparting new and valuable knowledge to their colleagues.

Not only do we support the ongoing professional development of our staff but we also help secure their financial future by voluntarily contributing to our staff workplace pensions.

We understand how hard our team works and make sure people are rewarded as such with weekly awards for those team members who have produced exceptional work.

In the office we also offer catered lunches each Friday, free fruit each week and filtered water, tea and coffee. We also have a weekly cake rota so there is always something sweet to get you through the day.

And we have one very special addition to the office that really makes us stand out. Rosie the Cavalier King Charles spaniel greets all our visitors and guests and is always happy to have a fuss.
