Our colleagues are recognised experts in highly specialist subjects and we run regular training for the team to teach new skills and techniques in digital marketing.
We also invite some our industry’s leading experts in for in-house team training.
We call it Hallam School, and it is one of the most important ways we’re different from other agencies.
Hallam School presentations are diverse in their scope covering everything from PPC campaigns to digital PR strategies. Being able to call on the collective knowledge of our staff is something that is incredibly important to the company and to the team.
We also invite in some of the UK’s leading experts on subjects like customer service excellence, time management, and interpersonal skills as well as technical skills like content management.
The team identified the need to extend our content marketing skills, and we were delighted to welcome that content marketing diva, Kirsty Hulse:
Unlike external training, where there is limited scope for post-training questions, if our staff still want help with the subject then there is always the chance to have a further one-to-one session to make sure they are totally in the picture.
Hallam School is an opportunity for all to draw on newly acquired skills that have been learnt at conferences, training courses and online learning.
