Breakfast Briefing: December 2022

In this month’s briefing, Francis Williams, our Head of Experience, will take you through his UX 101, sharing the top tips and tricks that you need to know.

After 15 years of working in digital industries, Francis was Lead UX / UI Designer at Boots for around a decade, where he also worked with brands such as Chanel, Unilever, Dior, P&G and the NHS. In his talk, Francis will delve into his UX know-how, exploring what a good, cohesive omnichannel customer experience looks like and how these digital experiences – and the rest of your marketing activity – fits into a wider customer experience ecosystem.

And, as with all our breakfast briefings, after the presentations we’ll have a live Q&A, time for some networking and – of course – breakfast snacks and 200° coffee ☕️ 🥐
