Speakers
Jane Harper – Director, Harper Recruitment
Jane Harper established Harper Recruitment in 1987. Having worked for a large national recruiter and a boutique local provider, Jane decided there was a niche for a consultancy that provided corporate expertise with extensive knowledge of the local market place from both a candidate and a client perspective. Jane has juggled bringing up a family with nurturing Harpers and experiencing enormous growth by the development of individuals within the business. Harpers USP is their extremely low staff turnover which is unique in the industry. Jane is very much a people person and is “hands on” in the business empowering people to reach their full potential.
