The event, held virtually for the first time due to the COVID-19 pandemic, saw Europe’s best search agencies compete for a number of accolades, of which Hallam won the final award of the evening.
The achievement recognises the business’ efforts this year to completely rework the standard agency model and create an integrated approach to its work, removing traditional silos between teams to instil a collaborative-first approach to its client projects.
Hallam’s unified approach to search includes integrated reporting and regular data analysis to maximise budget efficiency, improve results, and provide the best client experience and results.
It has also created a dedicated strategy department to spearhead its new approach, and translate real-world business challenges into unified goals.
The full-service agency employs more than 50 experts who specialise in SEO, PPC, Digital PR, Social Media, CRO, User-Experience (UX), Insights, Web Design, and Development, among others.
