How Hallam is helping clients to navigate the COVID-19 pandemic.

Beth is a Digital Account Manager working as part of the Hallam Client Services team, partnering with businesses to deliver exceptional results. She has supported multinational businesses such as Esso Fuel Card and has been an integral part of setting the strategic direction of the sales and marketing teams in numerous high growth technology SMEs.

After graduating with a Biomedical Science degree, she began her career in sales and key account management in one of Deloitte’s ‘Fastest 50 Growing Technology SMEs’, where she gained a wealth of experience managing large pharmaceutical clients; supporting them through the delivery of complex software solutions for global clinical trials. She also supported the implementation of numerous systems to better manage the marketing and sales team to support the rapid growth of the business.

From there she worked for an Internet of Things (IoT) technology startup whose main aim is to improve the health outcomes of patients using smart technology. Heading up the client relationships department, she was part of the senior management team, developing and implementing the sales and marketing strategy to ensure repeatable and sustainable growth.

Outside of the office, Beth enjoys putting her creative talents to good use, having photographed engagements and weddings, and has recently begun to sell her watercolour paintings online.
