Charlotte graduated from the University of Oxford in 2010, with a BA (Hons) in English Language and Literature. Before joining Hallam she worked in a digital marketing team at the University of Nottingham, gaining experience in copywriting, content management and social media marketing.
As Head of Owned Media at Hallam, she manages a team of specialists alongside developing digital marketing strategies for a portfolio of B2B and B2C clients, ranging from SMEs to large international businesses. She specialises in SEO, paid search and content marketing.
