Deborah has over 12 years experience in a digital facing role, with a wealth of experience in office management. Crucial in the client experience, Deborah is often the first face a client sees upon arrival to the Hallam office. She has made many changes to the office environment whilst here to ensure this client journey is a great one.

Managing all internal communications, she is often setting up new systems to allow the office to run smoothly and ensure all employees are happy.

Head of the Hallam Ministry of Fun, Deborah has implemented some amazing experiences for the staff at Hallam. From a trip to Google, Ireland to sleeping over night in the Galleries of Justice to raise money for the Nottingham Samaritans. Not to mention the awesome Christmas activities which often end on a boat on the river with a silver service dining experience.

Crucial in the on-boarding of new staff, from recruitment, introductions and health & safety. It’s not just the clients and new starters who feel welcomed by Debs, the whole team here at Hallam, literally couldn’t live without her.
