Matt is our head of production, bringing over 10 years qualified experience in the digital world as a change leader in both agile and waterfall project delivery.

Matt’s career has spanned both agency and client side, giving a unique perspective to his style. From projects such as the very first online personal loan at, to global websites for KFC, Speedo and the Royal mail. Matt has led change across a wide variety of sectors and disciplines from banking, retail, event management, energy and B2B in websites, apps, video and campaigns all over the world.

As the head of production Matt is responsible for the delivery of projects within the agency, running a talented team of producers to represent both the needs of our clients and getting the best from our delivery teams. Matt is also responsible for the continuous improvement of the agencies delivery methods and processes, championing the drive for new systems and ways of working.

At Hallam, Matt gets to see a huge variety of clients and business sectors, having delivered websites for clients such as Air IT, Right Angle events, Stevenage Bioscience, Rayburn Tours and Hallam’s own site to campaigns for TTS and Cadent gas. Matt really enjoys the wide variety of the work we do at Hallam.

Matt is a father of two girls and married to his wife Lisa of 12 years. Matt’s personal interests include walking with the family and his dog poppy and traveling around in his VW campervan!
