Robyn has over 5 years of creative and commercial copywriting experience, and now specialises in digital copy. At Hallam, she acts as a lead digital copywriter and content strategist, working primarily on web projects to deliver outstanding customer journeys and user experiences.

Passionate about storytelling, Robyn works to bring a brand’s unique story to life. From crafting a tone of voice to creating content that targets a specific audience, all the way through to UX copy that’s essential to the user journey, she works collaboratively with all digital marketing teams to provide an end-to-end solution.

Robyn graduated in 2012 with a BA (Hons) in English and Creative Writing from the University of Birmingham, and went on to work on a number of freelance projects, even spending time as a film critic covering international festivals. Before joining Hallam, she worked in-house as a digital copywriter for Boots.com, delivering large-scale seasonal campaign content and engaging ecommerce micro-copy.
