With a specialism in agencies, Serena joined Hallam as Finance Director to support our ambitious growth plans.

Having worked in finance for 35 years, she set up her own business in 2000 to give small companies finance support and, over the last 10 years, she’s provided both financial coaching and training to fast growing companies on a national basis.

With a passion for B Corp and triple bottom line reporting, Serena is the perfect partner to assist us in our journey to becoming a more ethical business.
