Last night was the final of the UK Company Culture Awards 2024: an evening to celebrate workforces that create a positive environment for their teams.

We’re delighted to say that we took home two of the event’s most significant prizes: Best Working Environment (Hybrid) and Best Agency to Work For (Large).

Kate and Ellie from our project management team travelled down to London to join the other winners and finalists at a ceremony in London.

“This is a huge milestone for us”

May has been an award-winning month for us; placing #26 out of 100 for Campaign’s Best Agencies to Work For, which follows a rigorous six-month testing process, it was an honour to be listed amongst such highly-regarded and admired businesses. As an agency, we’ve worked hard to be somewhere our team can feel proud to work for; this award, along with the UK Company Culture Awards, are recognition that we’re heading in the right direction.

Our People and Culture Manager, Jacqueline, said: “I’m beyond thrilled that Hallam has been named as the Best Working Environment (Hybrid) and Best Agency to Work For and as one of Campaign’s Best Places to Work. I started the role as People and Culture Manager last year and this is a huge milestone for us as a company; each and every individual at Hallam contributes to our culture and makes it a great place to work and I’m so proud to be part of this team.”

About the awards

The UK Company Culture Awards recognise the organisations that nurture their workforce, reward their staff, and create an environment that proves everyone is valued.

They celebrate the fresh, adaptive environments that see their staff as people and strive to care for their career development, mental health, and physical well-being.

Congratulations to all the other winners and finalists – see you next year!
