Following a year of great success, we’re delighted to announce the growth of our Project Management team. The expansion sees the promotion of Lee Fletcher to Senior Project Manager and welcomes new hire, Ellie Swain, in the position of Junior Project Manager. Lee and Ellie, alongside Head of Project Management Kate Vines, will spearhead Hallam’s project delivery ensuring client satisfaction throughout all our projects.

Meet Junior Project Manager, Ellie

Speaking of our new hire, Kate said: “We’re thrilled to welcome Ellie to the team as a Junior Project Manager. Ellie has impressed us immensely withher organisational skills, keen eye for detail and get-after-it attitude. I’m excited to see her blossom into the next stage of her career.”

After graduating with a degree in Fine Art, Ellie gained three years in the marketing industry with roles varying from events to design, before settling into Project Management. Always looking for ways to improve efficiency and organisation, Ellie combines this with three years of industry knowledge and creativity to deliver finely finessed projects for our clients.

Ellie had this to say: “Since being at Hallam, I’ve got stuck into a variety of projects and retainers with a diverse range of clients. It’s been great to learn from Kate and Lee, and similarly they have been receptive to ideas I have brought to the table. I truly feel like I am part of a team at Hallam. I look forward to working on more projects and deepening my digital knowledge.”

A well-deserved promotion for Lee

We take pride in fostering a culture of learning and growth and are always thrilled to recognise hard work and dedication with promotions.

This is particularly true for Lee Fletcher, who was promoted to Senior Project Management in March. Since joining Hallam in 2022, Lee has blown us all away with his work ethic, his dedication to his clients and a continual hunger to improve his own digital knowledge.

Kate commented: “Lee is adored by colleagues and clients alike. His dedication to getting the very best out of his projects is nothing short of admirable; this promotion is thoroughly deserved.”

Speaking of his promotion, Lee said: “I’m absolutely delighted to be promoted to Senior Project Manager. This is a real testament to my professional development, but also reflects the fantastic support I get from my managers and colleagues here at Hallam. I’m excited to continue learning and growing, making a positive impact on the team and delivering excellent projects for our clients.”

Exciting times ahead at Hallam

These changes to the team come at an exciting time for the agency, having just been shortlisted in six categories for the EU Search Awards for 2024, including ‘Best Large PPC Agency’, ‘Best Large SEO Agency’, and ‘Best Integrated Search Agency’. As reigning champions of the latter, Hallam will be hoping to make it a hat-trick and hold onto the title for the third consecutive year.

Julia Charlton, Client Services Director, added: “I’m delighted to be both growing our Project Management team with Ellie, and recognising the excellent work Lee delivers daily with his promotion. It’s been a really exciting year for Hallam as we continue to grow our presence domestically and internationally, and the award nominations, promotions and team expansion are a perfect reflection of the efforts put into all we deliver for our clients.”
