This month, we welcomed Kate Vines as our new Head of Project Management.

Kate joined us over two years ago as a project manager with over 20 years’ experience across a wide variety of disciplines within the creative industry. In her new leadership role, she will oversee the delivery of all creative projects at Hallam.

A swimming coach (she’s swam the English Channel!), passionate advocate for menopause awareness and for alcohol-free living, Kate is a highly respected member of our team and we’re delighted to celebrate her success.

‘She consistently goes above and beyond’

Since beginning her journey at Hallam in 2021, Kate has worked across many of our clients and their projects, including websites for clients such as Hitachi Solutions and Rainbows Hospice for Children and Young People.

Our Client Services Director, Beth Sharma, said: “Since leading some of the largest Hallam projects in our history, Kate is often cited as one of the main reasons projects are an ultimate success, both by clients and colleagues alike.

She consistently goes above and beyond to ensure the rest of the team has direction, support and training. She manages to balance both the team’s and the client’s interests, making her a project delivery superstar!

Kate has a wealth of experience, spanning design, studio management, team management and digital project delivery; the Head of Project Management role is perfectly aligned with her skillset and everyone at Hallam could not be more thrilled to see her take on the challenge of leading the project management function.

Let’s hear from Kate

Kate said: “I’m thrilled to receive recognition for the hard work I’ve been doing at Hallam. As Head of Project Management, I’m excited to take on this role to lead new ideas, processes and initiatives across the agency, helping Hallam to continue to deliver award-winning work effectively and efficiently.”
