Jake is Hallam’s Managing Director, responsible for building a world-class team capable of delivering exceptional client results.

His background combines 10+ years of experience in marketing & business development, 5 years in senior leadership roles, and a technical background in Maths.

His professional life is enhanced by years of volunteering as a listener at a leading UK charity, the study of a wide range of academic disciplines, and a long-held meditation practice.

Jake is values-driven, with honesty, humility, and duty being cornerstones of his world-view, and he is passionate about developing himself and others. Jake believes we create a better world by investing in one another.
