Molly is a Senior Consultant in Programmatic and Affiliates at Hallam. Molly specialised in this role in order to scope out Hallam’s offering in Programmatic and Affiliates to improve clients’ advertising experience by exploring new avenues. Molly has previously worked in both the Paid Media and Strategy teams, gaining a holistic approach to marketing prior to specialising.

She has previously overseen all aspects of advertising for our largest clients at Hallam. Her strengths are managing large budgets, distributing media spend across an array of platforms and continuously testing for clients for ongoing improvement. She has managed advertising across 12+ different platforms for one singular campaign, from Paid Search and Social to Affiliates, Out-of-home and Programmatic partners.

Molly’s understanding is rooted by Strategy, whereby previous experience has meant working with clients from the start of their online journey, undertaking a plethora of research and recommending what activity should be carried out across all areas of Digital. Molly has completed the Mini MBA in Marketing with an A grade. Her work has contributed to winning awards such as ‘Best Lead Gen Campaign’ for her work with Boots (Performance Marketing Awards) and being shortlisted for ‘Best Digital Media Strategy’ for her work with UoN (The Drum Awards).

Previously, her degree in English and French propelled her love for language, and applying language to the modern world, in particular with regards to media, advertising and communications. During and post-graduation she worked in general marketing roles, with work experience in The University of Nottingham’s Marketing department, followed by a marketing role for an SME.
